Refund policy
If you need to return a product, you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please write to inform us at info@poliharp.com prior to returning.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend using an insured and traceable mail service.
We accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in their original condition, or if opened, in perfect re-sellable condition. All goods will be inspected upon return, and a refund will be issued accordingly.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll notify you by email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds exclude the initial shipping costs of the order. If you made the purchase with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. For PayPal purchases, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
If we mistakenly sent the wrong item, we will send you the correct one at our expense.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sheet music (printed and PDF format)
- CD (printed and MP3 format)
